Man’s search for Meaning

Today i talk about of a book that for me is a very significant, the book was write for Viktor Frankl was an Austrian neurologist and psychiatrist as well as a Holocaust survivor and he wrote about his experiences as an Auschwitz concentration camp inmate during world war II, the book was publish under a different titles in 1959, I read under title Man’s search for Meaning.

The book identifies psychological reactions experienced by all inmates, and the book this divide in three parts, the first part describe the initial admission phase to the concentration camp, the second part talk about the life in concentration camp and like the inmate values only that which helps himself and his friends and the last part talk about as the surviver inmate come back to his life that is not the same life that left before concentration camp.
this is a good book for reflect on  we own life, especially when you are disillusion in the life . Viktor Frankl say that the meaning of life is found in every moment of living; life never ceases to have meaning, even in suffering and death
